Established in 1999, Tropicana Properties has been blessed with continuous growth due to our commitment to our tenants and responsible building practices. Tropicana’s commitment to the community and our tenants does not end with exceptional management.

Tropicana has distributed gifts to each of our tenants at Christmas time and distributed Turkey dinners to members to the community in need. Tropicana takes pride in our communities and our tenants. We are also invested in their futures, holding quarterly women in the workforce events. These events provide consist of 5 stations - Mock Interviews, Resumes, Job Etiquette, Goals, EPCC and Texas Workforce Commission Information, and finally they get to choose an out-fit.
